Ingrid Marie Rivera is Miss Puerto Rico 2008. Rivera was born October 8, 1983 which makes her age 24. She has brown hair and beautiful blue/green eyes. Her 5′-9″ model height also helped her win the Miss Global Queen 2003, Miss World Puerto Rico 2005, and Miss World Caribbean 2005.
Ingrid Marie Rivera will represent Puerto Rico in the Miss Universe pageant held in Nha Trang, Vietnam despite someone’s efforts to sabotage her with pepper spray. Rivera won over the judges beating 29 other contestants, but immediately needed medical assistance back stage. Ice bags were applied all over after she swelled up and broke out into hives twice. Wouldn’t that add to her grief, a naked photo of her red body? Tests on her makeup and clothing were conducted and were positive for pepper spray. Rivera also had credit cards, makeup, and gowns stolen. Pageant officials, instead of police, are now investigating who is responsible for the vandilazation.
